RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO Client SupportProvide ongoing support to existing customers by addressing their questions and concerns regarding their insurance policies.Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and renewals. Claims AssistanceGuide clients through the claims process, ensuring they understand the steps and requirements. Policy ManagementReview and analyze customers' current insurance policies to ensure they meet their needs and circumstances. Assist customers in making informed decisions about modifying or updating their coverage.Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.Conduct or set appointment periodically to reviews of customers’ insurance needs to ensure their coverage remains adequate over time. Documentation and Record-KeepingMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of customers interactions, policy details, and service activities.Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations.Problem ResolutionAddress and resolve any issues or complaints customers may have regarding their insurance policies or services.Work collaboratively with other departments to find solutions to complex client problems.
