"I was with this office for a few years and somehow I was mistakenly switched to another agency! I didn't exist in the system and they made no attempt to help me get my account back to their office! I am lost for words! I will now stay with the agency who was able to help me find my account!! Unbelievable! I guess I'm a little guy in their world!"
