"Licette has been working with me for months in transferring Insurance coverage from a joint policy to an individual policy secondary to my wife’s death in January, 2026! She has always been supportive, professional, patient, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile when most wouldn’t. Johanna Velazquez is quite fortunate to have persons like Licette working for her with people like myself who have been through a traumatic loss in their life! I am so very grateful to Licette for having the patience of a Saint in working with me on transferring policies from joint to an individual policy! I’m sure if Licette is an example of the people that Johanna Velazquez has working for her, you could do much worse than trying to make do with a different State Farm Insurance Agent and Agency!
