"Wilfredo is such a phenomenal human being as well as agent. He actually takes his time to listen to what you’re going through, what you’re looking for and helps come up with the best possible solution for you. He is very kind, caring & extremely efficient. I’ve spoken to him a few times but to give you an example on his efficiency, today I was purchasing my car and needed for him to add the coverage to the car that moment. He was on it and we ended up loosing eachother. He called back immediately and even my sales agent at CarMax was like”oh no this guy is great!” And I was like “yup thats my dude Wilfredo!” lol Wilfredo, thank you so so much for your willingness to help.
