"Updated Review (10/2/25) - I've had to work with several members of Johanna Velazquez's staff and every time it's been an amazing experience. The reason I came back to this review to update it is because of the amazing and helpful service of Lisset. We had some challenges with our renewal and Lisset took the time to research and provide us with all of the information we needed to get our issue resolved. She was a woman of her word, called back when she said she would, kept us informed of every step in the process and made sure we knew how valued we were. I am so thankful for the experiences I've had with State Farm here in Central Florida. It's been a pleasure. Updated Review (5/5/25) - Shelia assisted me today with adding another vehicle to my policy and she was phenomenal. She was patient, explained every update thoroughly and offered me options and add ons that were actually conducive to my needs and not just to sell me something. I love working with this team, they're all professional and kind. Heather was AWESOME. I was on the hunt for a reputable insurance company because I’m relocating and the quote I received from my current provider was insanely high. Heather walked me through every option until I found the package that worked for me and my family. This makes the relocation process a little easier on us. The process was efficient and everything was explained thoroughly. I definitely made the right call today."
